Yes. All our wooden kitchenware is made from high-quality, food-safe wood treated with natural oils. They are free from harmful chemicals and safe for daily use.
Absolutely. Most of our products can be used with both hot and cold food. Please check each product’s description for specific recommendations.
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Do not soak in water or put them in the dishwasher. Dry immediately after washing.
Wood is a natural material, so slight changes may occur with time and use. To maintain quality, we recommend applying food-grade oil every few months.
Some pieces are handcrafted in Egypt, and others are made abroad with the same high standards. All are produced using premium imported wood.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used kitchenware. However, we offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days across Egypt.

Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging.
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and the nature of wooden kitchenware.
Yes. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
