At DolciCook, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted kitchenware and want you to be fully happy with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:
- Is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Has not been washed or used with food or liquids.
- Is not a custom-made or personalized item (these are non-returnable).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Send clear photos of the issue along with your order number to [email protected]
We’ll offer you a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that show signs of use.
- Health or hygiene-related items.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
Exchanges
